Can’t Access Support Page (e.g viewing tickets)

Hiya,

Not an emergency and I know you guys are taking a well-deserved break so no rush.

I’m not sure when you guys change the website last time I used it for a Support ticket was back in August 2025 and now I can’t access the Support page. I can’t seem to login. I emailed fresh desk and they said it’s entirely under VP control so just curious if so, we can get back to me at some point and let me know how to go about doing that.

I am getting Support, however, through your Discord, etc.

So I can definitely submit a ticket, which is great. I just can’t view or add anything to a ticket.

Usually, that’s not an issue, but ironically, I put in a ticket the other day but got enough help actually on the Discord that I think I was able to resolve my issue so I just wanted to get into the Support page to let you know that you guys can disregard it.

Any thoughts on how to proceed would be appreciated
