Buttons suddenly turn off

OS Windows 11, Joystick GLADIATOR EVO, firmware Gladiator_EVO_v2_20_C, the joystick is connected directly to the motherboard

Two weeks ago, I bought a VKB Navigator Evo joystick. I fly a helicopter, so I removed all the springs, connected it, calibrated it, and started playing without any problems. The LEDs on the handle and at the base were constantly blue. A few days ago, I noticed that the joystick was intermittently not responding to buttons. The blue color on the handle changed to a red dot and white, and the LEDs at the base started blinking alternately. I reset it to factory settings and recalibrated it, but that didn't help. Then I installed the new 2_20 firmware, but that didn't help either. The joystick works in the axes, but the buttons keep turning off and on.

You need to remove the bottom plate and check the cable connection from the grip to the connector on the narrow board.
It's possible that one of the pins on the cable is loose.

It looks like the wires are the issue. My friend checked and found a break in one of them, so he resoldered it to a different one. It's gotten worse, though, and there's no connection between the handle and the base at all Could you tell me where I can buy a wiring kit or what it's called?
