VKB-SIM

Hallo,

i want to upgrade my STECS Space Standart to the Max version and got everything except the USB to USB cable. It is out of stock in the moment.

My Question: can i use any generic USB-c to USB-c Cable or do i have to use the one from the shop?

The bus cables are VKB-specific, but a USB3-rated cable may work. No guarantees though. Get one with plastic plug shells so you can trim them down a bit if they do not fit.
USB2 cables (anything for 480 Mbps data transfer speed) does not work. Not because the bus connection requires such speeds, but because those slower cables leave out half the wiring in the cable.

Either what Delta said, or wait for the store to list the cable - most probably mid of this week.
