Rules for submitting questions to technical support - Must read!!!

Please help us serve you better.

To provide the most accurate and prompt assistance in solving emerging issues and problems related to VKB devices on the Njoy32 platform, we need to know more than "it started feeling wrong" report.
Therefore, we have to write back asking for more information, which usually results in wasted days, not even hours.
Please remember that when submitting a request, you have to specify the following information:

1. Specify the versions: device firmware, configurator (or other programs used), operating system.

2. In case there might be a software issue, or if you have questions about software:
- Attach the configuration file - in an archive (zip or rar) - required!
- Attach contextual screenshots of the configurator as additional information - whatever is relevant to your questions.

The manufacturer's default configuration implies the operation of only those functions that are specified by the standard profile.
When changing the profile to obtain other functionality, it is strongly recommended to update the firmware, configurator (https://www.njoy32.vkb-sim.pro/home) - then check for the problem (the issue may have already been resolved) - and only then contact technical support.

3. Device name.
If the device in question is not a ready-made standard VKB device (joysticks-pedals, etc. without any changes to the design), you must attach a photo of the controller.

4. For questions about the hardware connection, be sure to provide clear and detailed photos - what is connected, where it is connected, how it is connected.

Questions asked outside the above rules are not subject to consideration!

And remember - a correctly asked question already contains 50% of the answer.
We're here to help, but our crystal ball got scratched over time, we can't do guessing now, and need full information from the user!
Help us, and our help will come to you faster.
