Gladiator NXT Evo not recognized in joy.cpl but showing up in the vkb config software.

Hello I have come across a weird problem -
I have two gladiator nxt evos, one with the OTA, the other with a SEM attached.

They were working fine as of a few weeks ago, but upon attempting to use them recently, only one stick is recognized as a controller in joy.cpl at any given time. Similarly, only one stick is shown in the VKB Joytester.

The only change in my setup sofar has been my new keyboard (wooting two he), but even upon unplugging it the issue remains.
The recognized controller is also the only one where the "Test" tab shows buttons and axes. The unrecognized one shows it blank.

Both devices show up under "Bluetooth & Devices -> Devices".

Attempts to fix have included updating the firmware to 2.196 as well as the updated config tool to 0.93.26. I have furthermore reset the devices in an attempt to fix the issue.
Combing through the forums, I had come across the issue where joysticks would not work properly with 10+ devices connected - I have tried this with only my joysticks and my mouse connected, this issue remains.
For whatever reason I have a lot of virtual HID devices showing up in the HID device list. It is highly possible that the amount of virtual HID devices is somehow messing everything up, but I have no clue how to remove these devices. I have tried uninstalling them via the device manager, but they reappear when scanned for hardware changes.

Furthermore, I have switched USB ports, changed USB cables as well as tried different powered hubs (the joysticks were originally connected to a powered hub directly connected to the mobo.)

Kindly help if possible.

Sincerely,
PC-Fluff

Hello,
please attach both profiles (zip/rar)

The situation with a large number of virtual devices 1E7D/0006 is unclear
Try cleaning the registry (with UsbDeview) 1E7D/ 0006 and from Gladiators at the same time.
Uninstall software for ROCCAT KONE (VID 1E7D )

Hi Mr. Alex Oz,

after posting here, I went and disabled (instead of uninstalling) all the virtual hids manually after viewing "devices by connection." This seems to have fixed the problem when I checked this morning.
I had already uninstalled the Roccat swarm software for the Roccat Kone Aimo mouse (before making the post yesterday), and the virtual devices were all by Turtlebeach, the parent company that owns Roccat.

Using USBDeview I could further confirm that the virtual devices and the mouse shared the same VendorID, and disabling devices on masse is definitely easier with the software, so thank you for that. :)

This issue seems therefore solved (for now.)
I am attaching the profiles in zip form as requested.

Sincerely,
PC-Fluff
