Gladiator NXT Premium Grip Button#5 not responding on one of my grips

Hi,

after a break I am back to Star Citizen. I updated my Gladiator NXT HOSAS setup to the latest firmware (2.196) and tried the Buzzkiller Mapping. It turned that both Button #5 (the lowest button on the Grip) was not responding on Both Grips.

I tried the VKB Config and Button tester: The same.

After doing a reset to default and starting calibration, the Left grip has a working button again. Yeah.

The Button #5 on the right grip still remained dead, not responding (logging, lighting up) in both tools as well.

Any further idea what to check or may this be a physical problem? Everything else seems to work on the stick.

Reset to default and try again in tester, without loading any custom profiles. If it still doesn't work go for a service ticket.
