Hello guys.
I have a VKB Black Mamba Classic with KG12 works fine for nearly 8 years and it fails yesterday.
My PC (Windows 11) cannot find it in device manager and joystick controller(I just played IL2 last week), but the lights are ok on the joystick. Then I change the usb cable and connect it to my laptop PC (Windows 10) and system noticed "unknown usb device" . After I reboot with the usb connection, my laptop successfully installed this joystick in system and it operate great. But this didn't work on my desktop PC.
What is going on and what can I do to repair it?

Guys I have flash it with my laptop successfully and it operate well on it.
But it still cannot work on my desktop PC. Are there any new drivers for Win11 or something? I have uninstalled nearest patch of Windows11 and it doesn't work.

If the joystick works on a different computer it means nothing's wrong with it. Try updating USB and motherboard chipset drivers on your PC; also, swap USB ports and don't use extensions/hubs.

I think the joystick is good as you at the beginning.
I find it fails on 3 PCs with different hardware and system. And all the bottons on the KG12 grip didn't work with v2.19 firmware(all the wires are installed into sockets), and nothing work on orgin firmware(v1.79) on my laptop. So I think there must something wrong with the STM32 chip.
