Device Signature error when flashing 2.19.6 on STECS

Flashing _STECS_v2_19_6.vkb to Standard STECS with MK1 MTG results in Device Signature Error.

Both the Cosmo and Unified files flash just fine.

Edit: This is using the file from the NA Website, but I now see the MSOnedrive archive only contains the Cosmo and Unified files.
