Gladiator NXT Evo Z rotation is reversed

So, I calibrated the stick and when I go to calibrate the z rotation it is reversed twisting the stick left moves the slider to the right and twisting right moves the slider to the left. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix it. I found an invert option in profile, but it did not do anything. Any ideas?

It really doesn't matter until you bind it in game - at that moment, if the axis works well the problem solves itself; if it's reversed, just change direction through game settings, as all modern games provide an axis inversion option. But, if it really buggers you, here's a guide specifically made for that.
