MCG Pro Gunfighter Mk 2 stopped working

Hi All,

My MCG Pro stopped working today, this is what I have tried so far:
Visually checked the connection inside the base, looks OK.
Tried to update the firmware: running into an issue with that, I believe have a blackbox v2 (purchased end of 2019) and the MCG Pro firmware doesn't flash with "Device Signature Not Correct, Flash fail".
Tried factory reset, running into an issue with calibration, the stick movements are not registered so I cannot finish it.

I am using this stick with T-rudder pedals to the same blackbox that have worked just fine since the stick stopped working.

Not sure what my next steps are, any guidance greatly appreciated.
