VKB NXT THQ XT v2.103 button 12 reading as 13 & 14

Hi folks, my throttle has started acting up recently, it has the wwii modification to join the two levers into one.

Button 12 (RPM UP or Grosser) has started reading as both 13 & 14 (the two buttons either side of the RPM). A calibration is a temporary fix but it soon reappears.
Any ideas from the VKB team or other users?

Reset to default, initialize and calibrate. If the issue persists open up the THQ and check on the grip cable, see if it's damaged.

That does sound like extra resistance in zhe red or black wire. Like something has gotten pinched and is about to die completely.

Yep, das Kable ist kaput!
It seems my extra shielding wasn't enough. Where can I get a new cable from, please?

It should be easy enough to dismantle and replace.

Please go for a ticket with your local vendor. When you get the cable check out this guide, so you can safely lay out the cable inside without getting damaged.
