I'm wondering if you can buy a Right Hand Grip for a Left Hand NXT Evo and convert it from left to right.
I've tried to find out but had no success.

The base is universal, so you can fit either left or right grips.

Thanks for the reply. I've looked on the VKB site for a right handed grip and they don't seem to have any/ Have I missed something?

Are they named in a particular way?

The Kosmosima looks similar.

The Evo can come with multiple grip choices. The SCG (Space combar grip), also known as Kosmosima, is the most popular choice (and the only one with a left-hand version). Be sure to grab the GNX version since that fits your Evo out of the box, the others are for gunfighter bases. Basically the same, but they won't fit your base.
