Issue: In VKBDEvCfg the Tempo Time option in Global > Common is missing even when using a Tempo button on the Button Physical Layer, unless also applying a Fix Axes > FA function to a button. The Tempo Time option is visually part of the same 'group' (despite being functionally unrelated).
Tempo Time displays fine when user=Developer in zconfig.ini
- Tempo on button
- Tempo used alone = No Tempo Time in Global
- FA3 + tempo on buttons
- FA3 + tempo = Tempo Time in Global's 'Fix axes' options
