I purchased a Gladiator NXT EVO space combat edition controller as a guest. I should have made an account but didn't. My order number is Order #45576. I want to check the status of the order and track it if it has been shipped. I tried scanning the tracking barcode with the "shop" app and my phone camera but it doesnt' do anything. I would like to speak to a support tech about my order please. Also is there a number I can call?

You'll get notified by email as soon as the order moves, no worries. For a few more days it won't as China is still shut down for CNY.
