Gunfighter MCG Pro and Orange Box behave strangely

My MCG Pro from 2018 behave very strangely :

When I move the stick some buttons are also trigerred, do you think it come from the base, the Stick, the Orange box or the cable ?

But, not always...

I'm on Windows 11 if it's important.

Does anyone already had this problem ?

Open the Test-External Devices tab and click on your grip. It will open the connection monitoring, it should be only with small bursts (not necessarily) up to 2-10% when moving the grip. If this is not the case, then the main problem is in the contact pair grip-base. Check the spring contacts and wear on the flat pads.
