VKB-SIM

I have been trying for some time to change a button type to "Button with alternate action".

I have calibrated the device as instructed then then change the button type.

However when I try to press the "Set" button I get the error message "Write data fault - No new data" and the profile does not update.

I have tried everything I can think off and would appreciate some help.

Firmware version 2.189

Try swapping USB ports or another computer.

Ive swapped ports and tried another computer with no success at all.
