STECS wheel on the left track is down always dragging on the track.

I've been using the STECS for a long time, more than a year and a half, and I’ve had no issues with it. However, over time, I believe the detent I used to keep the throttle at IDLE became loose. When I moved the throttle backward to shut down the aircraft, I noticed it didn’t work. Upon inspection, I saw it was slightly raised. I tightened it back and continued playing without any problems.
However, I soon noticed that the left rail started making noise and was no longer as smooth as it used to be. The wheel on the left side is always "dragging" on the rail instead of staying elevated as it used to. I have attached some images, its a little hard to see but the left "rail" is noisy now, I'm afraid it could break when going over some detents. I would like to fix it, I can even buy the little piece, if I its possible.
I made a video too, its easier to see what I'm talking about in it.
