I am using the following configuration:

Gladiator EVO 'Space Combat Edition' Premium + GNX Throttle Quadrant (GNX-THQ)

This worked perfectly with MSFS2020 but I have an issue with the ministick in MSFS2024 - for some reason when I try using it as cockpit pov (as no doubt most users do), it doesn't work properly. Trying to look left does an 'look up left' and the other directions are the same. I confirmed it is the same in all planes.

I am not sure whether this is a hardware, MSFS2024 or bindings issue?

You have 9 axes on a single device, so one of your THQ axes is probably on a virtual controller. MSFS2024 has a bit of weirdness with virtual controllers where the profile assigned to the virtual controller tends to revert to a different setting all the time.

Show the Profile-Axes tab from the configurator.
