Gladiator NXT EVO Space Combat Premium Right x-axis and GNX THQ right axis not working

I received my Gladiator NXT EVO Space Combat Right Premium Edition joystick and a GNX THQ module today. I followed every step of the setup process on YouTube for both devices. I encountered an issue upon calibration where I couldn't see the x-axis for the joystick nor the right axis for the THQ. Every axis and button works on both devices except for the right axis on the THQ and the x-axis on the joystick. I installed the firmware update for the joystick and followed every step for calibration. There isn't an x-axis input on the tab for controller 1 and I don't see any inputs when I move the stick left and right or when switching to controller 2 and moving the right axis on the THQ. All of the sliders, buttons, and axes displayed in the attached image labeled "Controller 1 Tab in VKB Device Config" work correctly, but image 2 shows the x-axis which does not move no matter what input I make. Please help me figure out how to get the x-axis working on my joystick and the right axis on the THQ.
