GNX-SEM Unresponsive after Flashing with GNX_USB v2_18_9

GNX-SEM not working after installing the latestGNX USB controller firmware. I can go into the config (HOLD B1+B2+B3 and boot, press START then set A1 (B2) and A2 (B2), press C1 to save, Then I cannot get the unit to boot after unplugging and plugging in the SEM.

Any suggestions?

Reinstall USB drivers, update Windows and motherboard's chipset drivers, plug to the back of computer, use the original USB cable.
If everything above fails reflash with the more stable firmware attached.
