Mapping axes to mouse button?

Postby dheilman » Sat Dec 07, 2024 3:06

I'm curious if there is any way to use Device Config to map a forward throttle (L stick Y axis) to a left mouse button hold. I'm asking because in setting up keybinds for Star Citizen, I'm currently using the secondary L trigger to activate QT (default mapped to left mouse button) but I'd much rather use a forward throttle to do this like in ED. I was hoping to use a hold second trigger + forward throttle to activate the left mouse button hold specifically. Is there any way to do this? I'm only seeing being able to map buttons but not axes.

You can set up a button along that axis from the Axes2Buttons panel and assign that button to mouse clicks.
