T-Rudder is suddenly off center.

I've had a T-Rudder for a few months now and it worked great out of the box. Now suddenly, without any apparent change by me, physically, or in any software, the axis no longer centers. It's about 5% "to the right" of center. It's like it's found a new center that is slightly shifted to the right, as the following image shows (I've marked the center dot red for clarity):

"Start Calibr" doesn't seem to do anything. Any advice on how I can get it back to center? Unfortunately I have no experience with this software as everything simply worked before, since I've had it.
Thanks!

Run VKBDevCfg as Admin and select the rudder device at the top.
Click the Default button under the Tools tab and wait for it to restart.
When a popup shows up asking to configure click Yes and wait for it to restart.
When a popup shows up asking to calibrate click Yes, then move the rudders through their whole range a few times, then click the End Calibr button.

OK thanks, will try this tomorrow when I have time. So is this a known issue thats been known to be fixed with this method? Or are you half-guessing and only hoping it will help?

Show the Profile-Axes tab from the configurator before and after calibration.
This is the best way to show the effect of calibration on the axis.

This worked perfectly, thank you so much!
It's easy when you know what to do :-D
Not the most intuitive software, but I guess it gets the job done!

Thanks again.
