Throttle on NXT EVO Base Stopped Working

Hello,
The throttle on my NXT EVO base is not being detected as an axis since swapping from the F-14 grip to the SCG Premium grip. I've followed the YouTube video guide and updated to the latest firmware.
Any suggestions on how to remedy this?
Thanks,
Ryan

Try to execute Default command.

Ok, it seems to work when I load the EVO kmz14 firmware. However, Axis Z for the throttle only goes from 0 to 54,000 (Not 65,000 like the other axis). In DCS World when I try to get the game to detect throttle movement it doesn't register, I have to manually select Axis Z from the drop down. And then I get the same behaviour when I try to tune the Axis -input doesn't extend all the way to the edge of the box.
Is there anything I need to do after calibration in VKB Device Config?

Try to calibrate manually. In addition. Described in User Guide.

I have same issue. First Gladiator NTX EVO OTA batch (March 2022). I was updating from 2.113 to 2.189
Axis Z is at zero with _Gladiator_EVO_OTA_v2_18_9.vkb and it goes only up to 55000 with _Gladiator_EVO_OTA_kmz41_v2_18_9.vkb.
I've followed tutorial video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTZNUT8wmOA.
Flashing 2.113 back fixes issue. I didn't try any versions between yet.
My second Gladiator NTX non-EVO update to 2.189 was without any problems.

Default command does not fix the issue. Also, I've tried reading the instructions for manual calibration but they don't make much sense to me.
Is there somewhere I can download the previous firmware version?
For now, I can't reduce power setting to idle while flying the Tomcat. Taxiing to the catapult on the carrier is impossible.

Flash the KMZ41 firmware and increase the MPL value for the affected axis by 1. Then set and recalibrate.

That worked, thanks.

I'm having the same issue. I flashed the KMZ41 firmware. Can you explain what you mean by "increase the MPL value for the affected axis by 1"? Can you provide more details on how to do this?

The general answer is that under profile/axes, you have a list of axes from 1-8 (and a second list from 9-16, but that is not important right now).
Find the logical axis where the "Usage" column has the name of the axis that will not calibrate (e.g. "Z"). In the same row, there is an AxID box. Take the value of that AxID box and look under physical axes. In the row numbered with the AxID from earlier, and the column labeled "MPL", there is a spin box. Increase the value by 1, then press Set.
In your specific case, that should be row 4.
