VKB-SIM

I just got a WWII thq=sem combo. When I plug it in and launch config it wont read as being connected. I cant see it in the config or use it. The lights are on and it is plugged into a port that I know works as my stick was plugged in and working. Config still reads the stick but wont let me do anything with the thq or sem

It is reading my joystick but not detecting the THQ=SEM at all. I have tried find and show a few times and it only finds my joystick each time.
