What is the screw size of the button modules on the STECS. Is there a list of all screw sizes for VKB sticks and throttles.

All screws we use are metric. It should be M3*10mm for the bottom plate. But the screw holes are deeper than thread so it's OK to use longer screw. But please check the actual depth first to prevent the screw from being too long and penetrating the circuit board or something else.
If you take a screw from the device, you can measure the diameter and length (insertion depth). For example, M3*10mm means diameter 3mm and length 10mm.

They were asking about button modules, which use self-tapping plastic screws. Still metric, but much more difficult to source standardized parts for than the machine screws holding the baseplate on.
I did buy some screws that fit VKB's screw holes once, but I'll be damned if I could recall the specifics.

As far as I understood, OP was asking about the attached ones. I believe they were also 2×10 mm, but with self-tappers I would prefer to be able to give data like a thread pitch as well.

The screws with white circle in your picture are all M2*8 self-tapping. For Rubberized Grip Pads are M2*6mm only, DO NOT USE M2*8mm.
