which firmware when removing GNX OT

Hi team, i bought a Gladiator NXT EVO Omni Throttle Left premium, and then I replaced the Omni throttle with a classic straight SCG Grip Conversion Kit - Left-Hand Gunfighter SCG to GNX Conversion Kit.
Do I have to upgrade the firmware? if yes, do i have to upgrade with the original OT train or go with the classic straight train ? what's the difference between those firmwares?

(thoses sticks brought my pleasure in star citizen to a whole new level, i love those sticks in hosas mode)
