Anyway: If you need a new one and wonder what type to use, here's what I got:
Top screw = VKB "original", bottom screw = replacement from HW-store. They seem virtually identical and the new ones fit the fastener perfectly.

Since I managed to sheer off a screw-head the other night while trying to *really* tighten down my extension's fastener, I was looking for a replacement. Went to the local HW-store and they actually sell the ones you need (I did bring the fastener and an older screw along to make sure I got the right size).
Anyway: If you need a new one and wonder what type to use, here's what I got:
