I'm selecting components for a sim to be designed around the Mini and STEM devices and need to verify a couple basic issues.
1. Is a standard, commercial Type USB C to USB C cable sufficient for PC to Mini interconnect?
2. Does the Mini to STEM interconnect specifically require the 40 cm VKB Type USB C to USB C cable connected between the two BUS ports (40 cm will be adequate for my custom mounting scheme)?
3. Would I need a Type USB C to JST2.0-4 for any reason?
Appreciate the help!

Re: Basic STECS Configuration Design
All STECS versions are using a USB A cable to connect to USB. There's an included cable in the package, but any printer cable would do.
You can't connect the STEM module directly to PC, you'll need to connect it to a STECS base. The cable to connect the 2 is a USB-C to USB-C, no matter the length.
You would need the USB-C to JST cable only if you plan to connect the STEM module to a Gladiator.
