Nightmare with USB and replacement

Bought and received my VKB Gladiator NXT Evos nearly a month ago and got to use them for about 1 hour. The USB PCB on the right stick failed and windows won't recognize it. I've seen this issue all over the place and VKB support verified that I needed a new board. Three weeks after I placed the support request I finally received the package only to find it's a pair of grip cables and not the PCB I was supposed to have been sent. Needless to say, I'm super frustrated. The turnaround for responses is slow and has been even slower to get this fix sent (which is the wrong fix). I'm really hoping that VKB will fix this for me and very very soon. These are great sticks... when they work, and I'd like to use what I paid for!
