Need to replug the USB every reboot

My Gladiator NXT EVO OT L needs to have the USB port replugged (by pulling out the plug of the USB cable and re-inserting it) after every reboot for it to work. Is there a way to solve this? The gunfighter MK2 I have works fine.

What's wrong? Gladiator isn't seen at all or works improperly?

It seems that it was the order of the USB port on the USB hub that caused this. After changing ports to one at the beginning of the array this behaviour has stopped.
