Slow response MSFS 2020

I just received my Gladiator EVO, I flashed Calibrated and all seems fine under testing, everything works as it should.
The problem, when I set up in MSFS all is working but is very slow to respond, in sensitivity in MSFS the axis moves as it should at normal speed, when I load an aircraft the controls move the correct direction but is very slugish and I can not get the throttle or the flight axis moving at normal speed.

Again in the config test all works as it should, in MSFS if you click on senistivity the axis move at speed, it is just when you try to fly.
