VKB STECS EN2 Problem

Hi,

after using the STECS without problems for a few weeks, I faced a problem today with the radio EN2 rotary encoder.
After using EN2 it still fires button no. 54 as a rapid trigger without stopping.
Only stops after a new start of my PC. And it repeats with the next using of EN2.
EN1 is fine.

How can I solve the problem?
Calibration with the Device Config software did not work for me.

As rare as it is for me to recommend messing with your firmware, try an update. Some firmware revisions had issues with encoders doing just that.
