T.Rudder MkV not reaching full range

I got the MkV last month and can not get the upper range past 63277.
I've reset the default, recalibrated, and it just won't do it.
Any tips?
It hits 0 and center points perfectly but won't reach 65535.
I figured recalibrations would fix that, but it's not happening.

Show the Profile-Axes tab from the configurator.

I'm not the OP, but I'm having the exact same issue. Fully pressing the left rudder pedal only reaches to value 57287. I've attached photos of the rudder axes in neutral, full right, and full left deflection states.

Did you clicked the Default button, then Yes to the configure popup and calibrated? If yes, please post the screenshot requested above.

Sorry for the late reply, I've been busy and didn't have time to get around to this until now. Yes, I did click the Default and then hit yes and then run calibration, with no improvement. Here's my Profile/Axes screenshot.
