Gladiator NXT Evo SCG Premium Twist not calibrating

Hi,
at wits end here.
Have a Gladiator NXT Evo SCG Premium right stick
Joystick is recognized.

When calibrating

Stick Twist = not recognised
Red + grey buttons = not recognised
4 Hats = not recognised

F1 F2 F3 ok
Stick left right up down ok
En1 en2 +Lever at bottom ok

Check the connection between grip and base. Make sure the cable is properly plugged into the USB board and check if any of the 3 wires is damaged.

Hmm
Looks like the wires from the joystick handle are completely cut. Will take it apart tonight and see what the deal is.

That's alright, you can either repair them yourself if you're handy or fill up for a service ticket to get a new cable. But, if that's the case, make sure you're using the sleeve included, as indicated in the quick guide, in order to avoid further damage.

Thank. I was able to fix it for now, but would like to order a new wire that connects the handle to the base.
When I open a ticket it asks
Your VKB North America Order # *

Do I have to enter that.

Yes, the ticket must be attached to an order number.
