VKB-SIM

Good evening,

My VKB Gladiator wasn’t recognized by windows even though LEDs were on. Upon inspection of the USB connector on the base, I noticed that it seems it came apart, now there are 3 metal pins and one that seems to be crushed in the back.
On the cable connector, there are 4 small holes, where I think the pins should go.
It almost looks like the connector on the base came apart.
I wonder if this has happened to anybody else and if anyone has some guidance, for example does VKB have replacement parts or can I unsolder the broken connector from the board in the base and replace with a new connector?

Can you please post some pics with your issue?

I did try to replace the USB port but failed miserably, mostly due to my beginner soldering skills. I would like to know if I can purchase the connector board for my Gladiator NXT (not EVO). If you can let me know how I can place the order for the correct part, I would greatly appreciate it.

You could get any spare parts for your device by getting in touch with your local rep/store.

I bought it on the VKB website. Should I get in touch directly with them?

The website you bought it from, yes. Just clarifying because there are several VKB-branded websites belonging to various regional dealers.
