My left Omni Gladiator NXT is receiving "Device Descriptor Request Failed". My right one is perfectly fine with no issues. Both were purchased less than a year ago with minimal play time. What is the fix here?

I think we already responded to this on the tickets; if not, please fill up a ticket with the issue.
