Gladiator NXT unresponsive after being inactive for weeks

Hi there,

I've just plugged in my Gladiator NXT for the first time in a couple of weeks and it's completely dead. I've tried several different usb leads directly into the Computer and with two different hubs (previously the stick worked with both of them) but nothing, it's not powering up at all.

Can you help?

Try another USB port and other USB cable (a printer cable, if you have one around).
Are there any lights on the base?
