MCG Pro Trigger Problem with Blackbox MK.I

I opened a ticket with the issue yesterday, but haven't received any feedback yet. I hope to getfaster help here.

I use the MCG Ultimate Grip with the GF MK.III Base (MK.II upgraded to MK.III) and my old Blackbox MK.I (orange). Software VKB Device Config v0.92.88, Firmware (Blackbox MK.I) v2.16.5. I'm trying to configure the safe and armed position for the MCG Pro trigger. I've already tried the following:

1. Tools -> Default, then
2. The axes are calibrated as described in your YouTube channel, then
3. Test Buttons /POVs => Pro Trigger Button 35 (Safe) is recognized
4. Profiles -> Axes -> Activate "Enable MCG PRO Trigger" + "Safe" (35) + "Armed" (38) -> Action -> Set
5. Test Buttons / POVs => Pro Trigger Button 35 (Safe) is no longer recognized, only Button 38 lights up continuously; Button 3 is recognized.
6. Profile -> Axes -> Deactivate "Armed" (38) -> Action -> Set
7. Test Buttons /POVs => Pro Trigger Button 35 (Safe) is no longer recognized

I tried with Global External VC 1 and VC 2, and I also tried configuring the buttons with Pulse, but nothing works. All that works with the Pro Trigger and the Blackbox MK.I is the Safe position (35) and the Trigger (3) after the reset with Default. It's not the grip, as everything works normally with my Blackbox MK.II. Is the Blackbox MK.I not fully compatible with that Grip?

Try using newer firmware and the configurator from here. Before updating, reset your settings to default.
