Help needed with Gunfighter Mk.III Modern Combat Edition Pro

I have been having issues with my Gunfighter Mk.III Modern Combat Edition Pro, The blackbox mk 2 flashes red in section 2 of the box. I have tried using boot loader and the deafulting tool on VKBDevCfg to resolve the issue but seems to have no effect. Only the pitch, roll seem to be working with the joy but none of the other axis on the control interface seem to be working, inlcuding buttons. Any suggestions for resolving this issue would be much appreciated, and I am willing to provide photos or any other additional information if required.

It's because the grip doesn't make proper contact with the base. Release the fastener and check on the 3 contact pads on the top of the base; if they're damaged take pics and fill up a service ticket. If they only have some dents reseat the grip and press on it while tightening the fastener for good contact. Tighten the fastener really good, so it won't come loose.
