Virtual controllers do not work consistently

I am trying to split my GNX+SEM+THQ+WWII into 3 controllers (1 physical + 2 VCs), so that I can use it in Elite Dangerous (32 button limitation).

I have only managed to do it with 1 VC (64 buttons) which is fine for IL-2, but not enough for E:D. When splitting to 3 controllers (#Butt=32 and VC=2) only 4 buttons work on the THQ. GNX (standard non-EVO), SEM and THQ (with WWII) combined only have 65 buttons so 3x32 should be more than enough... btw: 4 also doesn't work). No issues when using no VCs (useless for IL-2 and E:D).

Also: how do I disable POVs on the VCs?

Upgrade to 2.17.6 or newer. Third virtual controller is broken between 2.14.5 and 2.17.4.
I do not think POVs on VC can be disabled, but on current firmwares they should not break anything.

I have installed the latest FW (2.17 E) and this has completely solved my issues with virtual controllers. Thanks for the help.
