Various LED issues (on GNX and SEM)

I am trying to set the GNX trigger buttons to flash the 10 and 11 LEDs and the SEM buttons to only light up on button press. It doesn't work. These are my settings:

The weird thing is that I can set the stick LEDs to off, but I cannot do this on the SEM. Also, I am sporting the following setup: GNX (non-EVO standard) + SEM + THQ (with WWII throttle). I had no issues prior to attaching the SEM to the setup. What am I missing?

Set event. Example phys. button 2 (A2 on SEM). Set LED # (10). Set LED mode, Color. AND!!! Set Alt. For example 1. This mode will be applied if event is not active (button is NOT pressed for this example). Set zero RGB values for C1. Set. Enjoy!
