Gunfighter Stick no longer registering on vkb, no inputs

Apologies if this issue is posted already, but I've been using the Gunfighter mk4 for the last month now with no issues at all until recently.

The base is working and its led on the Blackbox is green, but for the stick itself it has turned yellow. I have reattached the stick multiple times ensuring its secure and fully plugged in. When I plug in the usb back into the blackbox, the LEDs under the red button on the stick flash white for a split second, then they go dark. I also tried to reflash everything to no avail. I did install vjoy and joystick gremlin to try and use the extra buttons on my STEC for Elite Dangerous before the issue arose.

Appreciate any help I can get.

Run VKBDevCfg, select the device at the top, click the Default button, then Yes to the configure popup which shows up after restart. Calibrate afterwards. If still doesn't work, try on another computer or in Safe mode, then see what software is getting in the way.
