Hey there! I was setting up my Gladiator NXT EVO with a thq quadrant connected to it. 1 of the sliders not showing up in the test page I don't know why. I'll attach pictures that could help identifying why this is the case. Both the sticks and the thq is freshly out of the box. THQ is connected to the stick with the 3x4 pin connector as the pic shows below. Thanks for the help in advance.

On the panel showing in your third screenshot check the Vs and En boxes for axis 9, then press the Set button under the Action tab.
