Firstly I got my first every decent throttle Stecs Standard and GNX-THX module last Friday and still setting it up during a busy week.

I have worked out by reading the manual how to convert Axis Z on the GNX-THQ to 3 buttons via Axes2Buttons panel. In DCS Harrier I use the new buttons created on Axis Z to control my Water Nozzle Mode Switch (3 way options) in game this all works good.

However, I started to think that as the VKB software registers a continuous press where ever the lever is on the axis on the physical GNX-THQ as I introduce more axis2buttons and then create even more buttons being continuously pressed is this a problem? If I used the mouse in the cockpit to click the switches then a command is only fired once.

How do I stop the continuous buttons press on my Axes2Buttons creation to a single press? That would mimmick real DCS Harrier behaviour right?

Please be gentle with me, I am very very new to sim world, DCS and high quality hardware like my STECS and GNX-THX

To the buttons that are assigned to the Z axis in A2B, assign the generator G1. And they will stop burning constantly and will become pulsed.

Thank you Ron, I’m at my work office today so cannot test until tonight. Just so I understand I assume the value 1 refers to a single pulse I.e. a single button press is created?

What section of the manual is the generator type and pulse value discussed so I can read about it tonight?

Hello, I successfully applied the Generator to my 3 new buttons created via "Axes2Buttons".

However using the same method on the buttons I created on the three way switch on the STEM still results in a continuous press of L57, L58 and V65. What am I doing wrong?

How do I created a single press for the three buttons on the Flaps switcher on the bottom left of the STEM?

Show the button settings, it’s so difficult to understand where the error is.

It remains to show the A2B THQ setting.
Just now I noticed that in the very top line of the configurator, in brackets, the recommended firmware for this version is indicated. Higher is possible, lower is not. Update both the configurator and firmware on all devices. Otherwise, there may be incomprehensible reactions to the controls.
