VKB-SIM

Hello, my stick has a problem, the blue light on the stick doesn't come on. and the status error in VKB device config , axis X and Y can be used normally But axis Z and Various buttons on stick Unavailable
I read some of the previous posts and double checked the wires and that they were connected correctly.
How do I fix the problem?

You have a right grip installed and a right grip configured, the next step I would recommend is to take off the bottom plate and check the cables . Both how they are installed and whether there is visible damage
