I just received the left and right Gladiator NXT EVO Premiums that I had ordered.
I assembled them following the instructions.
The Left stick functions perfectly but the right stick is having issues.
The X, Y and Z axes and the buttons on the base all function but nothing on the stick itself register including Rot Z.
I read some previous posts and double checked the wire and it is connected properly.
I can't see any of the wires being loose.

Where do I go from here?

You're going to follow the exact steps, like in the official guide (just timestamp), for both devices
