just purchased gladiator nxt evo ww2 stick

Right now i think i'm going forward with this great stick, BUT, if you could give me a step by step instruction on how i can use #5 button on encoder button box to setup "prop Rpm, Mixture. I'm a older jent so i read pictures to learn. Thank you very much.
