T Rudder's not working - no lights in black box. Tried another computer and cables and usb ports. In Config there is this mysterious LG Airplane Mode Button, as seen in the picture.

Judging by the screenshot, the controller is in bootloader mode. You need to update it with the appropriate firmware and then calibrate it.

How can I upgrade firmware, if the bootloader cannot find the black box?

Run not the configurator, but ZBootloader2.exe and show the screenshot.

Seems to be working all right now.
Started zbootloader
Pressed the grey Reset button in black box
Connected the usb cable

After that I could flash the black box.

How would you know which firmware you need to install? There are multiple files in the zip file, both for black box and nJoy... tried a couple and it coldn;t be installed.

I just responded on Reddit to a similar question, maybe yours?

If the Black Box is black, then chose the _BlackBox_Mk2_Unified_v2_16_5.vkb file from the v2_16_5\GunFighter_series_and_T-Rudders\BlackBox MK2 folder; if it's orange, you'll need the _BlackBox_Unified_v2_16_5.vkb file from the v2_16_5\GunFighter_series_and_T-Rudders\BlackBox MKI folder.

Either way, after flashing run VKBDevCfg, select the device at the top, click the Default button under the Tools tab, then click Yes for the configure popup. Calibrate afterwards.
