Hi VKB Support, I want to report that my Gladiator Nxt Evo Premium Right A3 & A4 hats has suddenly began to squeak when i push A4 Left, Right & Down but not when push UP or push down the button. Whereas A3 Hat with only Right Button squeaking. I have tried blowing air with camera dust blower but with no effect. It sounded like rubbing 2 pieces of foam together. Joystick is exactly 1 year old with very light use. Please advise. My order ID is 8159910016083119.

Pull the cap out and reseat it. While there, look inside for any debris.

Hi, i have read suggestion from other user to apply some lubricant. For the benefit of other users, i want to share this. IT WORKS!! No more squeaking sound. I used a toothpick, dip it on silicon lubricant, apply a tiny bit on the 4 yellow buttons between the stick. Give it a few click, apply more oil till no more squeaking noise.
