Hi im interested in upgrading to a gunfighter mv iv but im wondering is it possible to convert my mcg pro grip from my vintage mamba to a gunfighter connector?

You could, but have to do some handiwork inside the grip. You'll need the new base pack and a MCG Pro/U RevC grip adapter.
